Anna Russell-Knee

Anna joined us in March 2013 as our Associate Solicitor, and became a Partner in April 2017. She splits her time between London and Colchester. Anna carries out planning enforcement work for our Local Authority clients. She thoroughly investigates alleged breaches of planning control, aiming to remedy each case swiftly and amicably; using planning notices where appropriate. Anna also represents property owners/occupiers in defending enforcement investigations and appealing enforcement notices (including preparing for, and attending, public inquiries); and in prosecutions brought by their Local Authority. Ella Sliney

Ella read Law at The University of Essex and joined our practice as a Paralegal in September 2013. She passed her CILEx exams in the summer of 2016, and is now a qualified Legal Executive. Ella conducts legal research, and works closely with local planning authorities, highways authorities, HM Land Registry, and other statutory bodies. She is involved in planning enforcement work; assisting our private clients, and also drafting planning notices for our planning authority clients. Tracey Hind

Tracey joined LSR in October 2017 as a Legal Assistant, following many years’ service as a police officer in the Metropolitan police. She supports LSR’s legal team with document proofing and saving, legal research, time recording, preparation and drafting of documents, assisting in client meetings and general administration. Tracey manages the legal team’s diary and workflow, ensuring that deadlines are diarised and met. Tracey tracks the progress of matters, keeping clients informed at all times. Tracey is currently working towards her CILEx qualification to become a Legal Executive.

Fiona Bradley

Fiona joined LSR in February 2018. Fiona qualified as a planner in New Zealand in 1997 and moved to the UK in 2001. She obtained chartered membership to the RTPI in 2003. Prior to joining LSR, Fiona spent 20 years as a local authority planner, with much of that time spent as manager of a development management team, where she managed a team of planners and an enforcement officer, providing planning guidance to colleagues, developers and members of the public. John Pearce

John joined our planning team in February 2016, having acquired considerable experience working in-house as a local authority planner. During that time, John dealt with a large variety of planning applications and planning appeals. He regularly attended planning committees to present applications to councillors, in addition to giving planning guidance to colleagues and to members of the public. John now deals with preparing planning applications and appeals for our private clients, and he also works on planning applications and appeals on behalf of our local authority clients. Tiffany Seabrook

Tiffany joined our practice in May 2013 as a member of our administrative team, working closely with Rachel to ensure the smooth running of our office and maintaining our high level of client care. In February 2015, Tiffany moved across to our Planning and Enforcement Team, assisting with policy and other research, letters of objection, planning applications, appeals, enforcement matters, lawful development matters, monitoring case progress and maintaining progress reports, ensuring that regulatory and statutory deadlines are adhered to, and liaising with and updating our clients. Tiffany is also our Training Coordinator, administering our range of standard, custom and bespoke courses.

David Morgan

David joined LSR in the spring of 2017. He has strong investigative skills from his 30 years’ service in the Navy, the military and the police. David started out his career in the Royal Navy as a marine engineer, later becoming petty officer. On leaving the Royal Navy in 1983, David joined the Metropolitan Police, where he served in many locations across London, with significant spells in various CID departments across the capital.
